HERBAL TEA PREPARATION
HERBAL TEA
Herbal tea is not true tea from the Camellia Sinensis plant, rather an infusion or blend of natural leaves, fruits, bark, roots, or flowers such as Chamomile, Hibiscus, Peppermint, Turmeric, Spearmint and Ginger. Herbal teas typically have a vibrant colour and flavour and provide health benefits in a delicious, easy to consume beverage. Most herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free making them ideal as an evening beverage. Many herbal teas are also refreshing as an iced beverage.
